Privacy Policy

This policy explains what happens to the details you give us when you request a crane quote through this website, WhatsApp or a phone call. It is written to be read, not to impress.
What we ask for
Our quote form asks for the following. Everything except the optional preferred date is needed so we can quote a machine and a rate.

What we do with it
The quote form does not send or store your details. It validates your entries and prepares a WhatsApp message. WhatsApp opens only when you choose to continue; review the message and press Send there to contact KR Brothers. This website does not operate its own customer database or account system, and it cannot confirm whether a prepared message was sent or delivered.
We use your details to:
- reply to your enquiry and quote for the job;
- call or message you about machine availability and site access;
- keep a record of the quotes we have given, so we stay consistent;
- meet our tax and invoicing obligations for work we actually do.
We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to advertisers, lead brokers or data brokers. We do not send marketing blasts.
Third parties
External services can receive technical information or handle an enquiry when you use the site:
- WhatsApp (Meta) — if you choose to continue your enquiry there, your message is handled under Meta's own privacy terms.
- Google Fonts — the site loads its typefaces from Google, which sees your IP address and browser as part of serving the font files.
- Google Maps — the map on the contact section loads on demand from Google.
- Your email app/provider — if you choose email, your message is handled under that provider's privacy terms.
We have not set up analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, we will say so on this page first.
How long we keep it
Enquiries sent to KR Brothers are kept for up to 12 months so we can honour a quote or answer a repeat job. WhatsApp messages are handled under Meta's own retention terms. Invoicing and accounting records for work we have completed are kept for the period Indian tax rules require.
