Our Fleet

Equipment & Crane Capacities

Our fleet is chosen for the work we actually do: hydra and truck-mounted machines for yard and shed work, rough-terrain and heavy mobile cranes for open sites and long reaches. Every machine is serviced on schedule with documented fitness and load-test records.

What we run

Machines are listed by the work they are actually chosen for. If your job does not match any of these classes, say so on the call - we will tell you honestly rather than send a machine that cannot do the lift.

Capacities below are class ranges, not a booking confirmation. Rated capacity falls with boom extension, radius and counterweight configuration, so the machine for your job is confirmed against its load chart after a site or load check.

  • Hydra Cranes — 12 T to 25 T

    12 T - 25 T class

    Best for

Yard movements, shed and roof work, plant loading, tight urban sites

    • Slewing and luffing lets the machine work in confined yards without a large outrigger spread.
    • The everyday workhorse of the fleet - booked most often for shed and yard lifts.
  • Truck-Mounted Cranes

    Within the 12 T - 25 T working class

    Best for

Multi-stop jobs, highway and corridor work, sites we cannot stage a crawler on

    • Mobilises between sites without a separate transport booking.
    • Useful where site access is narrow and a large machine cannot be assembled on site.
  • Rough-Terrain Cranes

    25 T class and above

    Best for

Uneven ground, mud, canal-side and green-field construction sites

    • Wide stabiliser base and high ground clearance for unprepared ground.
    • Set up on prepared pads where soft soil would rule out a truck-mounted machine.
  • Heavy Mobile Cranes — 25 T to 100 T Class

    25 T - 100 T class

    Best for

Heavy structural steel, plant relocation, girder and column positioning, high-reach lifts

    • The correct machine for girders, heavy columns and full plant or machinery moves.
    • Always accompanied by a rigging plan and a briefed signal crew.
  • Rigging Gear & Site Equipment

Matched to the load being lifted

    Best for

Tag lines, slings, shackles, spreader beams and lifting accessories

    • Slings and shackles replaced on inspection, not on failure.
    • Accessories supplied with the crane as part of the lift, not hired separately.

How we select

Capacity alone does not pick a crane - radius, ground and access do most of the deciding. This is the sequence every enquiry goes through before a machine is booked.

  1. 01

Tell us the load weight and the distance

Load in tonnes, plus how far the pick point sits from the crane centre. Without both numbers we cannot recommend a machine.

  2. 02

    Site access and ground condition

Gate width, overhead cables, headroom, whether the ground is paved and levelled, and how far the crane must be carried from the road.

  3. 03

We match a machine to the load chart

The chosen crane is checked against its own load chart for that radius, and we tell you the lifting radius we can safely work to.

  4. 04

    Confirmed quotation and mobilisation

You get a written scope with the machine, crew, duration and reach. Only then is the crane booked and mobilised.

Which service uses what

Every service we offer sits on one of the machine classes above. If you are not sure which one you need, start from the job rather than the machine.

Machines where you are

Our base sits on the NH-44 / Mukerian corridor, so the fleet reaches most of Punjab and the adjoining Himachal belt without a repositioning charge.
